Remora Pay charges 2% per transaction. This fee is split atomically by the smart contract at the time of payment. There are no monthly fees, no annual fees, no setup costs, and no minimum transaction volume.
For a $100 payment, the merchant receives $98 in USDC and Remora Pay receives $2.
Provider fees
Onramp providers (Transak, MoonPay, Coinbase) charge their own fees to the customer on top of the purchase amount. These fees vary by provider, payment method, and region:
- Card payments: typically 1.5u20134.5%
- Bank transfers: typically 0.5u20131.5%
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: similar to card rates
Provider fees are charged to the customer, not the merchant. The merchant always receives 98% of the order amount in USDC.
Network fees
Polygon network fees for the smart contract split are negligible u2014 typically under $0.01 per transaction. These are covered by the platform.
